1. Convective transport

It refers to the transportation of the same material or two mutually substitutable materials in opposite directions on the same transport line or parallel lines, causing convection with all or part of the intended direction route. There are two types of convective transport: one is obvious convective transport, which refers to convection on the same transport line. If on the one hand, materials from place A are transported to place B, and on the other hand, the same materials from place B are transported to place A, this situation is mostly caused by different enterprises in different regions where the shipper belongs. The second is covert convective transportation, which involves using different transportation methods to transport the same material on two parallel routes in opposite directions.

2. Reverse transportation

It refers to a phenomenon of return transportation in which materials are transported from the place of origin to the place of sale, and then transported back to the place of origin from the place of sale. There are two forms of reverse transportation: one is to transport the same material from the place of sale back to the place of origin or transit; The second is for Party B to transport the same type of materials that can be produced and consumed in Party A to Party A, and for Party A to transport the same type of materials to Party C.

3. Circuitous transportation

It refers to the phenomenon of material transportation taking detours in pursuit of distance rather than proximity. Different plans, poor organization, or transportation errors during the logistics process can easily lead to detours.

4. Repeated transportation

It refers to a certain material that could have been transported directly from the place of origin to the destination in one go, but due to improper setting up of wholesale institutions or commercial warehouses. The unreasonable phenomenon of artificially transporting goods to intermediate locations (such as transit warehouses) for unloading and then re loading them due to inadequate planning has added an intermediate loading and unloading link, increased loading and unloading costs, and prolonged the transit time of goods.

5. Over distance transportation

It refers to the transportation phenomenon of seeking distance over proximity. The immediate sales location could have been supplied with materials from nearby production areas, but they were purchased from distant locations; Industrial products are not supplied to nearby consumption areas, but are transferred to other distant consumption areas, which violates the principle of near production and near sales. It is remote transportation, which is reasonable due to the objective distance between the origin and destination of certain materials.

6. Improper selection of transportation capacity

When choosing transportation vehicles, their advantages were not utilized, such as abandoning water for land transportation (increasing costs), close transportation by railways and large ships, and improper carrying capacity during transportation.

7. Improper selection of shipping method
